How Do You Keep Up With Changing Codes In Tilt-Up Construction? Tilt-Werks Can Help!

On May 11th, Tilt-Up Design Systems presented a program for the Northeast Florida Structural Engineers Association talking about structural design of tilt-up buildings and the newest code updates in ACI-318-08 and the newly published design guide from the ACI 551 Committee. After the presentation, many attendees stayed and participated in an interactive demonstration of the Tilt-Werks® Collaborative Technology tilt-up design application. We were happy to see that so many of the attendees are taking a closer look at Tilt-Werks technology for quick and efficient design and construction of their upcoming tilt-up projects.

Tilt-Werks, as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application, has been updated to these current codes and specifications that have been published in the last few months. The updates are made once and are active to all subscribers immediately. Since there is no need to update your local system, all users are on the same platform all the time. You can check out all of these features by going to the Tilt-Up Design Systems website and signing up for the 30 Day Free Trial.

In the next month an exciting new feature will be available to all subscribers that will make preliminary design faster, more accurate, and easier than any other method. If you would like to be the first to hear about this exciting new feature as soon as it comes out contact us by e-mail at info@tilt-werks.com with the subject line "New Feature" and we will notify you with the details. This is another way that Tilt-Werks makes the process of designing and constructing tilt-up concrete buildings faster and more cost-effective for you and your team members.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

" I didn't know it could do that!"

This is something that seemed to be said after every demo of Tilt-Werks® software at the Tilt-Up Concrete Associaton's annual convention this past week, October 1 through 4. This has been the first chance we've had to get the product out to a lot of people and let them see what it can do. The response was incredible! If you happened to have seen it and have some thoughts, please share your comments. We are always looking for suggestions to improve the product and what it can do.
